Welcome here !
Don't worry, Paris is still OK, only a small area has been damaged during the protests... Be careful with the news on TV.
And illegal migrants are not really the root cause of our high-rate of taxes.

Fine! Welcome in France Sir Wayne!
I have tried an oft remap for unleaded 98 Ron fuel. A bit disappointed because of electronic accelerator gestion... Awful compared with oem!
I had a dream : oem accerator calibration with less torque dip and oem engine calibration from 1200 to 3200 rpm. Is it possible please?
Thanks and welcome here!

Thanks for the comment, I hope it is not the shortcut understood by the rest of the planet about the situation in our country because it is far away from the truth.
Nevertheless welcome here Wayne.

Correct! I got sick walking around in the rain at night, then spent the whole next afternoon sleeping in Geneva, I didn't see any of Geneva.
This time I'm going straight from Paris to Geneva for the afternoon, then Montruex overnight, then the Goldenpass line again.

I don't watch TV, and especially can't trust anything mainstream news claims now.
I'm much less concerned about property damage than I am with the damage to culture. It's very expensive to travel anywhere from Australia, so when I visit a country, I want to be immersed in the culture of that country, surrounded by people speaking the language oif that country, then the next country feel something completely different. I don't want every place to start feeling the same due to open borders, Europe loses its value that way.
When your government encourages and protects NGO's that help economic migrants, then taxes the citizens to pay for all those low-IQ, unskilled people to be on welfare, then I'd say welfare/socialism is exactly one of the causes of high taxes.

I didn't go inside the JV house, it was pretty expensive from memory. I was primarily there for the dawn service at the Australian war memorial on ANZAC day. It's a very beautiful region.
Unfortunately it was the one place I felt completely isolated as I was travelling alone and there's no hostel. Most other gringos there at that time are families.

All my roms now have stock AVCS at low rpm and low load. I've tried a hundred different things and the small gains are not worth the sacrifice to driveability, consumption, emissions, etc.

As you know, some versions come in quick succession; I don't want to spam people. All the improvements since v80 or so have been incremental, and sometimes have negative side-effects so even more versions to revert previous changes.
I've tried and tried ways of making roms that will just work for everyone, but it's just not possible with the stock rom logic. So now the best I can do is provide more options and leave it up to individuals to look at logs and make the best choice themselves and try to save them as much time as possible.

Most people in the west think globalism and socialism are great. I'm not religious, I've spent more time in churches in Italy than my own country, but I am a conservative and so I'm in the minority these days.
In Sydney there's a suburb that is a no-go zone for white women. Thankfully I live in Brisbane and we don't have to deal with that kind of thing, yet.
I think I wouldn't let my girlfriend go to Paris alone now compared to last time I was there just a few years ago. I hope I'm wrong and you all are correct. Your assurance certainly gives me more confidence.
Thanks all.

On other hand, you play the game of such kind of people if you prevent yourself from being free to travel to the places you want.
Of course some of them may be more dangerous, but it is the case in most of the countries of the world.
That's also why I have a daily car alongside my 86'. I don't wear richness on my face, but this car is representing it.
BTW I may have the use of your ROMs when spring reaches us

If you stick to the touristic areas, you don't risk a lot (just watch out for pickpockets and scammers).Wayne a écrit:

Of course, high density subburbs are more shady but it is the same for any large city...
Enjoy your trip in europe, there'se so much to see!

I live in Geneva, and there is basically nothing much to do here. That's a city where you live and work; and there's not much to see for tourists. the Patek Philippe museum might be your best shot at seeing something great, everything else is quite dull.
Montreux is a very different story, and i'd suggest you spend more time there than in Geneva. The goldenpass line worth the visit too, that's a good choice. Finally, if you know how to ski, now is the perfect season (though the snowfall has been quite poor for the beginning of this winter).

I was living in Paris before moving to Geneva. Paris was not bad, but it got worse. Many of my friends moved out as it became clearly shitty. I would not let my wife go to Paris alone neither now.

I think mackie07 wanted to talk about the sensitivity of the accelerator pedal.
Yes it's possible.
